Hypnotherapy Certification FAQs by Matrrix

Welcome to the Matrrix community. We follow the standards of ACHE (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners) and offer certifications in hypnotherapy (up to level 4). As a student keen on pursuing this profession, we understand you may have certain questions and inhibitions. Please check the frequently asked questions below. Order and Payment Queries

Please select the appropriate level from the Courses page. Choose the program and click on the Pay Now button. Details of your purchase will be emailed shortly.
Please allow a couple of minutes for the details in your inbox. Alternatively, please ensure your inbox is not full beyond capacity, and do check your spam folder. In case of a problem, please write to [email protected].
Matrrix is based in India. We charge in rupees as well as USD for the convenience of our international students. Please note that your card provider (in case of international students) may charge an additional amount for a foreign transaction fee. Kindly contact your card service provider before making the purchase.
You can opt to use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). If the problem still persists, there can be many other reasons which are beyond our control.

  • ● Your card may be reported as lost or stolen or canceled by the card issuer.
  • ● Your card may be replaced recently. This means it is yet to be activated.
  • ● Your card may have crossed its expiry date.
If your problem is not resolved, please contact your card service provider immediately.
We are sorry. Hypnotherapy courses cannot be recorded, distributed, shared on any platform. We cannot share any pre-recorded sessions with students due to privacy issues. We also do not record any session and prohibit students from doing so.
In the event of an incorrect purchase, kindly write to [email protected]. Please mention the level selected, date of purchase, transaction details and the level you wish to adjust it for. We would try our best to rectify the issue.

We are based in India. We use PayPal ( for International payment gateway and PayYou for Domestic) payment gateway. You can use various options to make the payments.
We are sorry! Payments are strictly non-refundable. You can attend the next class in the next schedule published on our website for no extra charge.

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Queries

The hypnotherapy courses are meant for anyone and everyone above the age of 21 years. You do not need to have prior experience in this field.
We are sorry! We cannot provide our courses online at the moment.
You need to relax to understand the process of hypnotherapy. Everybody can be hypnotized. However, the levels of the state may vary. You will be a part of the group hypnotherapy sessions wherein you can practice this therapy in the presence of the guide, Dr. Paras, who is a certified hypnotist in this field.
Hypnosis is nothing but another state or altered state of consciousness. It is not possible to get stuck in this state forever. Please read our blogs section for details on hypnotherapy and the myths that surround it.

Course Queries

We will soon be launching an accelerated program for Level 1 and Level 2 In November 2019. An accelerated program, as the name suggests, includes Level 1 and 2 that will be held continuously without a break over a period of two weeks. This is suitable for students with a time constraint looking to complete two levels at a continuous pace. All course assignments for Level 1 need to be completed to begin with Level 2. Accelerated programs for Level 3 and 4 will be announced post June 2019. Do stay updated for details on the website.
You will be assigned homework for every session. You need to complete all assigned duties by your guide, Dr. Paras.
We are sorry! You would need to follow all the rules to ensure you receive the certification. In the event your assigned tasks are not completed, your guide, Dr. Paras reserves the right to decline your certification. You would need to attempt the course again.
Yes, of course. Matrrix offers confidential hypnotherapy courses. Your sessions will not be recorded and no student is allowed to record a video or audio of the same.
We are sorry! We only conduct group hypnotherapy courses.
This course is spread over 5 days. However, kindly check the course page and also contact your guide to know the latest updates. Course details may be subject to change.
Each batch includes a maximum number of 19 students. Always ensure you book your seat in advance. Our seats are filling up fast.
